Stepping through Windows Photos is far from ideal because image gets a quality reduction.Image Resizer was able to resize the photo saved from Windows Photos.

Opened the file in Windows Photos, went into Edit and then saved a copy.

Same result when I tried to use Image Resizer on the file saved by Irfanview.

Open the JPG file in Irfanview (free image viewer with some editing/resizing capabilities) and then saved it from there.

Image Resizer gives dialog box "Can't resize the following pictures.Unexpected property type or value.".

right-click resulting JPG and choose "Resize pictures" (I tried all the default sizes).

📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any) They were exported from a RAW file using my editor (ON1 Photo RAW). I have some (what I think) normal sRGB Jpg images that Image Resizer refuses to resize, throwing up an error message "Unexpected property value or type".
